Originally from Cherkasy, Ukraine, Viktoriia grew up with a deep appreciation for her culture, history, and traditions. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law but found her passion in the dental field, where she can make a direct impact on people’s health. In October 2024, she joined our practice as a front desk receptionist, bringing strong customer service skills and a warm, welcoming presence to our team. She has also completed the Phone Conversion Course from DSO Academy, equipping her with the skills to engage with patients, address their concerns, and create a seamless experience from their very first call.

Viktoriia loves the friendly and supportive environment of our office, where teamwork is key to ensuring the best patient care. She takes pride in making patients feel comfortable, listening to their needs, and helping them navigate their treatment and payment options. The most rewarding part of her role is building relationships with patients and seeing them leave with brighter, healthier smiles.

Outside the office, Viktoriia enjoys traveling to new places and exploring different cultures, which inspires and energizes her. She also loves cooking, a passion rooted in childhood family recipes, and spending time with friends. While she now resides in the U.S., she remains closely connected to her family in Ukraine. Her beloved French Bulldog, Chuka, stays with her parents, continuing to bring joy to her family back home.
